We helped Prudential revamp their social media content by adjusting small details in their branding elements to elevate their content.

Prudential’s iconic ribbon had to stay but in order to elevate it we proposed more dynamic movements as well as more interactions with the background to help this graphical element become more than just a branding element or a frame.

On top of revisiting their brand element we also proposed a couple content ideas for their Instagram page.

PROPOSAL

Insurance Digest
The goal of this proposed pillar was to put insurance terms into plain and simple language for audiences.
This pillar highlights general insurance knowledge, product features, and product promotions.

Product Features Series
This series concept focuses on demonstrating features and products they want to highlight. In this mockup we communicated the purpose and function of their 海外留學保, which helps parents safeguard their children studying miles away from home.

Visually, by wrapping the brand ribbon around the mom and her child, we communicate the idea that this insurance plan is like a protection for both.

Additionally we made use of the Instagram grid layout so that visitors would see this highlighted product upon landing on the Instagram page. The 3-in-a-row post can also be pinned to the top of the page until there is another product that needs to be highlighted.

This series aims to highlight how different insurance plans can benefit people from different stages of life through the form of collected user stories. In these mockups we demonstrated the benefits of Prudential’s annuity plan for mature working adults, married persons, as well as career starters.

Andy Lau x Prudential
Prudential was a main sponsor for Andy Lau’s concert in Hong Kong and they wanted us to come up with a social campaign platform and ideas that align with Prudential’s core belief to 用心聆聽, as well as the core message of Andy Lau’s concert to remind people to live in the present and cherish every day.
